• Moving Adventures is a community organisation offering creative movement workshops and performances for all ages and abilities, in the south-west of England.

• We believe movement is a powerful tool for self-discovery, building connections, and improving well-being. Through dance, physical theatre, stories and play, we create safe spaces for people of all backgrounds to explore their creativity and to connect with their emotional lives.

• The core team brings together decades of combined experience in creative movement workshops and participatory performance.
